Urban Investments Associates is made up of a top notch team headed by MIT educated Master Arcihect L. Duane Jackson and his partner veteran real estate developer Steve Samuels under the business entity: Mitchell Sawyer Partnership, LLC. The $150 million proposal includes a 120-room hotel, medical offices, a supermarket, the existing mill renovated into housing and retail space, living and studio space for artists, and a marina.
